How Full are You? An Insight for Lesson 4

It has occurred to me that when a glass is full, there isn’t room for anything else. When the gas tank is full, it is better not to try and “top it off” with another drop. When the measuring cup is full and I have leveled it off, that is the amount that the recipe recommends.  So when the Scripture says, be joy-full, then there isn’t room for any complaining or grumbling.  When it suggests that I am to be peace-full, there can’t be room for anxiety or worry in my mind.  Furthermore, when I am thank-full, I will be focused on everything that is good, right, pure and lovely.  In You, O Lord, there is full-ness of life. Thank you.
